1954
Dade Service Corporation was founded in Miami, FL by Frank Perryman. Established as a mechanical contractor they quickly formed relationships with the produce companies in the area.

1964
Dade Service began manufacturing insulated panel systems and cold storage doors under their newly formed company Aluma Shield.

1972
Dade Service builds their first pressurized ripening system.

2004
Dade Service designs and builds North America's largest pressurized ripening facility with for Coast Tropical.

2024
Dade Service relocates to a state of the art headquarters built to suite for their operations in DeLand FL.


Late 60's
Dade Service became a second generation family business with the employment of Frank's sons Owen and David.

1965
Dade Service constructed their first tomato ripening rooms in Palmetto FL.

1988
Dade Service became a third generation business as OJ Perryman joins the company.

2011
Dade Service became a 4th generation company with the hiring of Ashley Perryman.

Current Day
Dade Service invests in integrating AI in to our ripening room operations to improve our ripening room operations and ease of use for our clients. Our family now has 5 generations contributing to the business.
